Word for Word Australia is owned and operated by Hilary Caddy and Tracy Ball, who are realtime stenographers-court reporters by trade. Far from stenography being a long-gone profession taken over by voice recognition and artificial intelligence, it is the complete opposite! We use modern technology to produce transcripts and captions at over 250 words a minute with 99.9% accuracy whilst customising outputs to suit your requirements. In our new COVID world we can work with you remotely and also in-house. But no matter which way you would like our delivery, you will always deal with a person who knows what they are talking about first-hand and if we don’t we will find out!
Between us we have over 50 years’ experience working in all jurisdictions of courts. That doesn’t count our team members! We know the difference between mens rea and mens rear! We can appreciate when you say your matter is urgent; in which case we will deliver.
